They are very very bad do not book with this hotel even if you are forced to do this they are scammers, they practice fraud and fraud I have all the supplies that confirm this, so that the site Booking.com customer service is not cooperative and they procrastinate and lie. I will post all these details on Youtube and TikTok, I contacted Booking.com customer service and sent the emails no one answers, they are quoter I never advise you to book this hotel or with Booking.com

I already arrived in this hotel. from kuala lumpur.but when i ask a room. the staff say all the room already fully book by others customer. I also show a confirmation as appear in Booking.com apps. and email But the staff was not accept my explaination.
